Who we are

This site is a live demo of Verdant, a website style by Triptych Studio. The studio, workshops and products it shows are examples, but its forms work: what you send reaches Triptych Studio, which is responsible for it. Write to vitalii.bereza.triptych@gmail.com with any question about your data.

What we collect and why

  • Newsletter (the form at the bottom of every page): your email address, to send the letters. It is kept until you unsubscribe with the link in any letter; then it is deleted.
  • Orders: your name, phone, email and delivery address, to deliver the order and tell you about it. Orders are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.
  • Account (if you make one): your email, password (stored encrypted) and saved addresses, until you ask us to delete the account.
  • Letters from the forms stay in our mailbox only as long as we need them to answer you.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the services below.

Services we use

  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot. It starts when you begin filling in a form and reads technical signals from your browser (such as your IP address and browser type); it does not show ads or track you across sites. Cloudflare processes these signals under the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
  • Hosting Ukraine (ukraine.com.ua) hosts the site and sends its letters. Like any web server, it keeps short technical logs of visits (IP address, time, page).

Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site, not from Google or other third parties. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.

Cookies and storage

The shop uses only the cookies it needs to work: WooCommerce remembers your cart and checkout session (woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*), and WordPress keeps you logged in if you have an account. They are deleted when you empty the cart or log out, or expire within two days.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop us using it, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Write to vitalii.bereza.triptych@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days.
